Individual Therapy

Therapy is a process of change, together we will contribute to setting goals based on your area of need and what you want to see change over the course of therapy. Together we walk the path to empower you to grow and move forward with more happiness and confidence. If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging time or you just want to work towards being the best version of yourself, I am here to guide you on your journey.

Couples Therapy
We all yearn for healthy relationships where we feel loved, supported and strong, yet sometimes we find ourselves in relationships where we are hurting and feel alone. Whether you have been together for a short time or for many years, I am here to support you to find your connection together again. We will work together to learn the tools to decrease arguments, stop negative cycles of interactions and heal wounds. I am here with you on this journey toward a more close and connected relationship.

Adolescents

Raising teens in today's world can be challenging. Have you noticed a change in your teens behavior? Is your teen frustrated, irritable, having trouble at school or trouble with friends? If you find you seem to be hitting a wall while trying to support your teen, I am happy to meet with you. I work with teens and their families to increase communication and develop new patterns of interacting to promote connection.

Teletherapy
I offer teletherapy to those living in the state of California. Teletherapy is a very useful alternative to traditional, in-office therapy

INSURANCE
I currently accept Cigna, Tricare, and United (Optum) insurance for my services. If you would like to use other insurance I would be considered an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to you insurance company to request reimbursement for therapy services. You would need to contact your insurance company directly and ask them if you can receive coverage for an out-of-network provider.
